Agreement and scope

These terms govern your business use of Absliq services supplied by Absliq Systems Private Limited. By installing, subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of the merchant you represent and confirm that you have authority to do so. An expressly agreed written order or service agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

The Shopify app supplies the features described in its current listing and selected plan. A website demonstration does not mean every support automation, integration or action is included in the chatbot subscription. Additional services require a separate agreement where applicable.

Plans, trials and usage

The Shopify launch plans are Starter: USD 39 per month with 750 completed billable AI replies and up to 1,000 parent products; Growth: USD 99 with 2,500 replies and 5,000 parent products; Scale: USD 199 with 6,000 replies and 15,000 parent products. Shopify’s approval screen displays the applicable recurring charge, billing interval, taxes and any currency treatment. Those approved billing details control your subscription.

An eligible 14-day trial includes up to 200 AI replies and 1,000 parent products for the trial, rather than the full paid-plan allowance. Trial eligibility and dates are confirmed by Shopify. Reinstalling or switching plans does not promise another trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the approved paid subscription starts according to Shopify’s billing terms.

Usage counts completed billable AI replies, not every message a shopper types. Service-status notices are not billable AI replies. Paid allowances follow the verified billing period shown in the app; they do not roll over. Product limits count parent products, not each variant. When an allowance is exhausted, AI messaging may pause until the next verified period or an eligible upgrade. The launch plans do not automatically charge overage fees.

Billing, plan changes and cancellation

Shopify app subscriptions are billed through Shopify. Any upgrade, downgrade, replacement, proration or effective date follows the details Shopify presents and the subscription state it confirms. We do not promise an immediate reset of used replies or a fresh trial when you change plans.

You can uninstall the app through Shopify to cancel its subscription and disable the service. Merely hiding the widget, closing the dashboard or ceasing to use it does not cancel billing. Charges already incurred may still appear on your Shopify invoice. Uninstalling initiates the data-handling process described in the Privacy Policy; it is not a backup or export feature. Export information you need before uninstalling.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support@absliq.com with your store domain, relevant charge details and the reason for the request. We review billing errors, service problems and the circumstances of each request; we do not promise a refund merely because the app was unused or uninstalled. Any approved credit or refund is handled through the applicable Shopify process. This does not limit a refund or other remedy required by law.

Merchant responsibilities and permitted use

You are responsible for accurate product content, prices, stock, policies and integration settings; necessary permissions for the information you provide; your storefront privacy notice and any required consent; and the actions you authorize the service to perform. Keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Do not submit payment card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information through chat. Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, to infringe others’ rights, to bypass usage or security controls, or to send unauthorized communications. You remain responsible for your store, sales, fulfillment, returns and customer obligations.

AI replies, availability and support

AI replies and recommendations can be incomplete or incorrect. Product price and availability can change after synchronization; your storefront and checkout determine the final purchase terms. Review the service before enabling it for shoppers and maintain a way for customers to contact your business. Do not rely on AI as professional legal, medical or financial advice.

Catalog synchronization, billing verification, third-party outages, maintenance and usage limits may temporarily prevent replies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, sales uplift, resolution rates or that every request can be automated. Human review may be necessary. Contact support@absliq.com for assistance; the standard subscription does not include a guaranteed response time or uptime SLA unless separately agreed.

Data, confidentiality and service providers

You retain your rights in merchant content and customer information. You authorize us to process that information to provide, secure and support the service and carry out your lawful instructions, including through the providers identified in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not authorize unrelated sale of your customer information or cross-store advertising profiles.

For customer information we process on your behalf, you determine the purpose and are responsible for a lawful basis, required notices and verified instructions. We restrict use to providing the service, security, support and legal duties; limit access to authorized purposes; and assist with supported access, export and deletion requests. Contact us if a separate data processing agreement or transfer documentation is required before your use. These terms do not themselves replace any mandatory data processing or international-transfer instrument.

Each party must protect the other’s nonpublic business information using reasonable care and disclose it only for the service, to authorized providers or as legally required. The Privacy Policy describes retention, uninstalling, deletion and recovery-copy limitations.

Service rights, suspension and termination

Absliq and its licensors retain rights in the software and service. Your subscription grants a limited right to use the selected service for your business while your account is authorized and applicable fees are paid. It does not transfer ownership of our software or your merchant content.

We may restrict or suspend access where necessary for security, unlawful use, material breach, unpaid charges or loss of required platform authorization. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Ending access does not remove obligations already incurred or required privacy handling.

Liability and applicable law

To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied on an as-available basis without a guarantee that AI outputs are accurate or suitable for every purpose. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits arising from this agreement. Each party’s total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid or payable for the affected service during the preceding 12 months. These limits do not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, or mandatory data-protection or other statutory rights.

Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory applicable protections. The competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact support@absliq.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the app, website or merchant contact details as appropriate. Pricing changes must follow Shopify’s applicable approval and notice process. Changes do not retroactively remove rights for an existing dispute. If you disagree with a future change, stop using and cancel the affected service before it takes effect.
