Absliq (“we”, “us”) provides AI support automation software. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We keep things minimal and transparent.

• Business context you choose to share during sales or onboarding.
• Technical data required to serve our website, including infrastructure-level data such as IP address and request headers (see Cookies below).

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this marketing site today.

• Respond to inquiries and schedule demos.
• Operate, secure, and improve our services.

Infrastructure and location-based processing

We use AWS infrastructure (including CloudFront and Application Load Balancers) to deliver our service. When you access our website, your IP address may be processed transiently to infer your country at a coarse level.

This is used only to optimize performance and display region-appropriate pricing.

We do not track precise location, build user profiles, or use this data for advertising or analytics.

Cookies

We use essential cookies needed for basic site functionality. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies on this site. When you choose to open our scheduling widget, Calendly may set additional cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Third-party services

Calendly. If you book a meeting through our site, Calendly processes scheduling on their infrastructure. Their use of data and cookies is governed by Calendly’s privacy policy. We only load Calendly after you click to open the scheduler—nothing loads automatically.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us run our business (e.g. hosting, email), bound by appropriate safeguards and only as needed.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we work to reduce risk in line with our stage and obligations.
